The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all orders placed with eyeful.ro. Please make sure you have read and understood them before using our website. Placing an order on our website implies you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website and do not place an order.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates or changes to our website. We, therefore, recommend that you check this page each time before placing an order.
The website is intended for users who are 18 years of age and older. Thus, if you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to submit any personal information on the website.
Placing an order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after submission by sending us an email at hello@eyeful.ro
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. In case we are unable to process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment Method
To place an order, it is necessary to choose a payment method: cash payment on delivery or secure online payment by card via EuPlatesc (Visa / Mastercard).
If you select the online payment method, you will be redirected to the EuPlatesc page to make the payment. The order will be sent after we have received its full value.
Note: We will never send you an email asking you to make a payment in a specific bank account. Ignore any such emails and do not initiate payment. In these situations, please redirect the unmodified email to the address: hello@eyeful.ro
Delivery
The products listed on our website are made to order, exclusively. Depending on the number of orders we are processing, we dispatch your order within 5 to 10 business days with a delivery service company to your specified delivery address. However, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Shipping
We currently perform deliveries only in Romania. The deliveries are carried out by our delivery service partners, from Monday to Friday. No operations are carried out during the weekends. The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Please, make sure to provide complete and accurate information regarding the delivery address. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
Following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched, shipping normally takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery costs are influenced by the value of your order.
For orders up to 180 lei, the delivery cost is 14 lei.
For orders exceeding 181 lei, the delivery cost is 21 lei.
Return Policy
The products listed on our website are made to order, exclusively, and they are designed to bring joy and happiness. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please notify us by email at hello@eyeful.ro
Unfortunately, lost or damaged packages will not be refunded.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.

We cannot guarantee that the colours of the products on our website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your monitor and computer.
