Do I need an account to order?

No, you do not need an account to order. You just need to fill in all the required information so we can safely deliver your order.

How do I pay?

To place an order, it is necessary to choose a payment method: cash payment on delivery or secure online payment by card via EuPlatesc (Visa / Mastercard). Please, see more details on our Terms and Conditions page.

How soon can I get my order?

Depending on the number of orders we are processing, we dispatch your order within 5 to 10 business days with a delivery service company to your specified delivery address. You can find more information on our Delivery and Shipping page.

What are the delivery costs?

How do I return an item?

The products listed on our website are made to order, exclusively, and they are designed to bring joy and happiness. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please notify us by email at hello@eyeful.ro

What if my package is damaged?

Unfortunately, damaged packages will not be refunded. For any damage with the package please contact the delivery service.

Can I order samples?

For the moment this service is not available.

Can I re-use the sticker?

Our stickers are meant for one-time application. However, it can be carefully and easily removed with almost no damage to your walls.
